Assemblyman Matt Slater took the oath of office for his second term in the New York State Assembly at the Putnam County Courthouse on Dec. 31, 2024. Slater, who has represented the 94th Assembly District since his election in 2022, will return to Albany on Monday, Jan. 6, to begin the new legislative session.
