NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) – As open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act is underway, some North Carolinians voiced concerns about whether they can afford health insurance next year.
According to the North Carolina Department of Insurance, insurers have been approved for premium increases ranging from about 8% to 27% for 2027.
