Facing probable no votes by the Mooresville Board of Commissioners Monday night, Georgia and Florida developers permanently pulled their plans for a total of 450 apartments and townhomes along jam-packed N.C. 150 at Lake Norman.
Commissioners voted unanimously to accept the developers’ requests to withdraw their rezoning applications for the homes.
“This is not a table (of the requests) and not a rescheduling,” commissioner Gary West said. “When it’s withdrawn, it’s done.”…
