NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) – As winter settles in, an organization here in the east is starting a blanket drive to help foster kids stay warm. January 31st through February 14th, StepStone Family & Youth Services is accepting new and gently used blankets through their “Wrapped in Love” blanket drive.
