The North Carolina State Highway Patrol reports that a head-on collision early in the morning has injured four people.
According to troopers, they were called to a crash on NC 49 in Oak Hollow Drive on Saturday morning at around 7 in the morning.

Tracy Bryant Hill, 35, was driving a 2015 Toyota passenger vehicle northeast when she crossed the center line and struck a 2018 Jeep SUV that was going southwest head-on. The driver of the Jeep was identified as William Davis Duvall, 45.
Hill was airlifted to the hospital along with the Jeep SUV’s passenger. Two other passengers and the driver of the Jeep SUV were also taken to the hospital.
Hill was charged by troopers with careless and reckless driving.
During the investigation, NC 49 near Oak Hollow Drive was closed for about three hours. At 9:45 a.m., the scene was cleared.
