WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The North Carolina Governor’s Highway Safety Program is launching the Halloween Booze It & Lose It campaign that will run from Oct. 28 to Nov. 3. A press conference to launch the initiative will be held on Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. at the NC State Fair behind the Kerr Scott Building, near gate 10.
