A Youngstown couple has filed a lawsuit, alleging that the deed to their home was transferred to someone else using forged documentation.
The suit was filed on Thursday, October 15, by Plaintiffs Steve and Latricia Daniels, both from Youngstown.
The Defendants include:
- Leopoldo Prieto, of Youngstown (married to Shamara Martin)
- Shamara Martin, of Youngstown (married to Leopoldo Prieto)
- Nukeisha Marin, of Youngstown
- Donna Berkeley, of Youngstown
- Mahoning County Recorder Richard S. Scarsella
- Mahoning County Auditor Ralph T. Meacham
