CANAL FULTON, OH (WOIO) — Former Canal Fulton income tax administrator William Keltner, 56, has been charged in Massillon Municipal Court after a 2025 investigation into allegations that he threw residents’ income tax documents into the garbage.
19 News obtained the public records earlier this month during a separate, unrelated request for information about then–City Manager Dan Bucher, who was under investigation for workplace misconduct.
