COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Republican Party has opted not to endorse in 21 state legislative races featuring Republican incumbents this year, in a clear sign of the lingering controversy over the vote last year in which some legislative Republicans joined with Democrats in helping Ohio House Speaker Jason Stephens win his leadership position.
