CARROLL COUNTY, Ohio – A small tornado was confirmed by the National Weather Service as having touched down in Carroll County, Ohio, around 1:30 p.m. Friday. This was near and over Leesville Lake, which is south of Carrollton. The brief tornado damaged some docks at a marina and blew down some trees.
