TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – On Wednesday, the Ohio state legislature passed its $4.2 billion budget bill which includes funding for multiple projects throughout northwest Ohio. The budget includes $3.5 billion to fund construction and maintenance projects for state facilities such as schools, universities and parks. It also includes $700 million for community projects across the state.
