SANDUSKY COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper is safe and sound after a close call with a sleepy driver was caught on camera. Video shows the trooper and a motorist along the side of the Ohio Turnpike changing a tire, when a driver comes within feet of hitting them.
