A round of strong storms passed through Southwest Ohio late Monday night and early Tuesday morning, causing tornado warnings in several communities.
Now, the National Weather Service is looking into storm damage.

Strong thunderstorms bring tornado warnings
Here’s where tornado warnings were issued in Ohio early Tuesday morning, according to the NWS Tornado X (formerly Twitter) account, an official account of the National Weather Service.

- The Village of Martinsville, Clinton County
- The Village of Midland, Clinton County
- The Village of New Vienna, Clinton County
National Weather Service reviewing damage reports
The NWS office in Wilmington, which covers Southwest Ohio, announced Tuesday morning that it is reviewing damage reports from the storms to see if additional surveys are needed, to determine if any tornadoes touched down. No definitive plans were announced.
According to the NWS, areas of interest are damage in Franklin County, Indiana and Warren and Clinton counties in Ohio.
