According to an August 11th report from The-Sun.com, the Shoney’s restaurant chain was founded in 1947. No closing date for the Ohio restaurant has yet been announced; however, the location is presently up for auction and bids will be accepted until August 22.
It should be further noted no reason for the cessation of operations of the Ohio restaurant has been announced, though a key employee, store manager Mike Watson, has shared his opinion on the matter.
