PROCTORVILLE, Ohio (WCHS) – Across the country there’s a big need for volunteer firefighters. Ohio is tackling the issue head on, launching a public service campaign to raise awareness. While volunteer fire departments welcome the recruitment campaign, they have their doubts as to whether it will actually raise numbers.
