Inside an Eclectic $14 Million Ohio Estate Inspired by European Hunting Lodges

This sprawling Ohio compound has just about every feature you can think of, and then some. The 24-acre amenity-packed estate just east of Cleveland in the rural and wealthy village of Hunting Valley, Ohio, recently hit the market for a cool $14 million, making it the second most expensive single-family home currently on the market in the state of Ohio.

The current owners purchased the property in 2000, soon tapped architect Tony Paskovich, and spent three years and $12 million to bring their vision of a private, resort-like idyll to life. The property has a total of nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms across its various structures. The 11,000-square-foot gambrel-roofed main residence is complemented by a guest house, a vintage farmhouse , a carriage house, and a historic one-room schoolhouse, which has been converted into an office. The schoolhouse and carriage house were built in the early 1900s and moved to the property from a different location in the 1930s by a previous owner.
