I am disheartened by the barrage of negative ads about Sen. Sherrod Brown. These ads reflect little that is true about this man, and I am compelled to share my experience. Since retired, I spent my career in the nonprofit sector and had the opportunity to work with many elected officials. Sen. Brown is one of the most humble, unaffected and selfless politicians I’ve ever known. He cared about the work we did, and he cared about the everyday Ohioans whom we did it for.
