Gov. DeWine signs Never Alone act into law

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has signed legislature into law which seeks to guarantee an advocate for patients in need. The Never Alone Act, which passed unanimously in the Ohio House, requires care units such as hospitals or nursing homes to let patients know they may designate someone to be an advocate for them, especially during a health emergency.
