(WJW) – A major winter storm is just missing Northeast Ohio, but it is still taking a toll on the Monday morning commute and forcing many local schools to close.
Although the heaviest snow and greatest travel impacts will stay well south of the area, the storm system is bringing widespread light snow and making some local roads and highways slick.
