OKLAHOMA CITY – Three Houston men were arrested on Wednesday following an investigation into a suspected organized theft operation targeting people leaving financial institutions, according to Oklahoma City police.
The investigation began around noon after officers responded to a reported vehicle burglary at a Lowe’s near Interstate 240 and Santa Fe Avenue.
