OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline is offering eight weeks of free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) to Oklahomans who sign up for the helpline beginning Feb. 1. Oklahomans who sign up for the helpline will receive a supply of patches, gum, or lozenges for free through Feb. 29.
