Tax cuts are on the legislature’s agenda — again.

The Oklahoma Legislature will be back in session Monday, and for the fourth time in two years tax cuts will be on the agenda. Leaders are pushing both a cut in the state income tax and a cut in the grocery tax. Maybe the fourth time will be the charm.
