OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Black Legislative Caucus held its annual Black History Day at the Capitol on Monday. State leaders said the day is all about representation. State Rep. Jason Lowe said while they filled the rotunda on Monday, it’s about the education but also about being in a space with people who look like him.
