OKLAHOMA CITY – Could Oklahoma soon require a photo ID to vote?. A bill authored by state Sen. George Burns would make it so voters would have to present some form of valid photo ID to cast a ballot. As it stands now, voter ID cars in Oklahoma do not feature a photo.
