Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma President Brook A. Simmons issued a statement on Friday (June 28) in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overrule the Court’s 1984 decision in “Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council.” which gave rise to the doctrine known as the Chevron deference.
