Citing the current state of the economy, supply-chain shortages, and historic inflation that isn’t improving, Big Lots is shuttering doors across the nation. This all started back in July when the retailer announced they’d be shutting as many as 40 stores down by the end of summer. As of today, the number of stores closing is over 300 nationwide with more expected to follow.
