Rascal Flatts is reuniting for 2025 ‘Life Is a Highway Tour,’ including an Oklahoma show

Rascal Flatts is reuniting in 2025 for its “Life Is a Highway Tour,” which will celebrate the multiplatinum-selling country trio’s 25 years of hits and take care of unfinished business for the band.

Produced by Live Nation, the 21-stop U.S. tour will include an Oklahoma show Feb. 22 at the Choctaw Grand Theater in Durant.

Rascal Flatts — singer Gary LeVox, multi-instrumentalist Jay DeMarcus and guitarist Joe Don Rooney , who hails from Picher — originally announced plans for the “Life Is a Highway” 20th anniversary farewell tour in January 2020. But the summer-fall trek had to be scrapped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We announced the farewell tour after being on the road extensively for 20 years. To put it simply, we needed a break. Then COVID hit and our plans came to a screeching halt, like the rest of the world. Since then, we’ve been able to revisit our unique and special experience as a band and we’re ready to get out on the road again,” the band said in a statement.
