Oklahoman living in Appalachia sees hurricane devastation firsthand

An Oklahoman living in North Carolina has seen firsthand the devastation of flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. Anna Calhoun works as an operating room nurse in a rural mountainous region of North Carolina, a state where 97 people are confirmed dead. She said people did not have enough of a warning to evacuate.
