Oklahoma Governor Stitt appoints Ben Lepak new General Counsel

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt on Monday announced, Ben Lepak as the administrations new general counsel.

According to the Governor’s office, Lepak serves as the current executive director of the State Chamber Research Foundation, where enterprise-oriented public policies are directed at improving Oklahoma’s economic advantages to competition.

“Ben has worked tirelessly in the public and private sectors to advance free market principles. I’m excited to add his legal and policy expertise to my team as we continue to make Oklahoma a top 10 state for business.”

Governor Stitt appoints Sterling Zearley as interim Tourism and Recreation Director

Lepak’s new role is set to advise the Governor on legal matters with his expertise in policy work advancing the state of Oklahoma.
