‘Flee speech’: OU professor says OSU policy may be unconstitutional

An OSU preregistration policy for on-campus club events could be unconstitutional, a law professor said. Students for Justice in Palestine, a pro-Palestine student organization, had its permit to hold on-campus events, which included a bake sale, revoked in early October. The revocation came one day after Gov. Kevin Stitt made a post on X, formerly Twitter, condemning the group’s week of planned activities.
