Some of the questions include:
• Who do you think the monument will be important to?
• What are the most important features of the monument?
• What theme would you like to see the monument have?
• Would you like the monument to be lit after dark?

The monument is proposed to be constructed along Highway 199 in Del Norte County. The highway is located in the far northwest corner of California.
