Oregon lawmakers hear public testimony, bills to recriminalize drug possession

SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – It was a packed room at the Oregon state capital as lawmakers heard hours of public testimony, Wednesday night, regarding the bills (SB1555, HB4036, HB4002) introduced to roll back drug criminalization under Measure 110. If passed, this legislation would make drug possession a Class A felony, rather than what it is under Measure 110, a Class C felony.
