Clearing skies overnight and cold with lows in the mid 20s-near 30. Partly sunny and nice Tuesday with highs in the mid 40s-near 50. An upper-level ridge off the coast extends north into the Gulf of Alaska. This will provide the area with a dry and cooler northerly flow across the Pacific Northwest, highs tomorrow 5-8 degrees cooler than today. Temperatures continue to drop Tuesday night and by Wednesday highs will struggle to climb into the upper 30s-mid 40s. By late Wednesday afternoon/evening a strong low off the WA/OR coast will send a warm front into region with mountain snow; lowland rain, wintry mix, and maybe accumulating snow. The front stalls across central WA Thursdays with most of the precipitation along and south of I-90. The front sags south Thursday night and washes out by Friday morning.
