EUGENE, Ore. – Not only was February 14th Valentine’s Day, it was also the state of Oregon’s birthday!. Wednesday marked 165 years since the state was established. Zach Bruhl went out to the public armed with some birthday decorations and Oregon based trivia as a way to celebrate!
