Yesterday’s Demobilization Ceremony at the Oregon State Library marked a significant moment for the nine soldiers of Alpha Minus, Second Battalion, 641st Aviation Regiment as Governor Tina Kotek officiated their return from the Horn of Africa. Stationed overseas since July 14, 2023, these troops played a crucial role in supporting US Africa Command and Combined Joint Task Force operations under the moniker of Operation Enduring Freedom.
