In 31 states, you can walk into a grocery store and buy a cocktail in a can. Not here. In comments submitted Sept. 27 to a legislative task force on alcohol pricing and addiction services, the Northwest Grocery Retail Association said lawmakers should bring Oregon in line with a majority of states.
