Montoursville, Pa. — The woman police spent hours trying to coax out of a Williamsport home she was eventually found to not be inside Thursday is now in custody, charged with setting a fire inside a Montoursville home while a tenant slept inside.
Alisha Marie Hart, 37, of Williamsport, was taken into custody without incident Thursday evening — not at the standoff house, but hours after the standoff ended near the Memorial Avenue bridge in Williamsport, according to state police at Montoursville.
