EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — Several establishments in northeast and central PA have been charged after liquor control operations were performed in multiple counties.
The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement (LCE) released details Thursday on the recently performed compliance checks.
Counties included in this enforcement report are Clinton, Northumberland, and Snyder.
Police say the following businesses were cited by LCE in January 2024:

Clinton County :
- Keystone Hotel, Renovo was cited for failing to ensure an alcohol service person completed RAMP training within the past two years.
Northumberland County:
- Clayts Corner Tavern LLC, Trevorton was cited for possessing or operating gambling devices or paraphernalia from February to June 2023.
- Hard Coal Cafe II LLC, Mount Carmel: cited for failing to maintain complete and truthful records covering the operation of the business for two years following November 17, 2023. and permitting smoking in a public place when it’s prohibited.
- Knarrs Beverage, Milton: cited for failing to have an alcohol service person complete RAMP training within 6 months of being hired.
- The Club House Inc., Coal Township: cited for failing to keep business records.
