Drought watch lifted for eight Pennsylvania counties, all back to normal status

(WHTM) – After much of Pennsylvania was put under a drought watch or warning last year, the last eight counties affected have returned to a normal status. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection announced Wednesday the watch/warning that has been lifted for Adams, Cameron, Clinton, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Westmoreland, and York counties.
