Pa. wedding band sues country star Jelly Roll over his name

The award-winning country singer Jelly Roll has been sued by a Pennsylvania wedding band with the same name. The lawsuit, filed U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania last week, says not only that the Chadds Ford-based group Jellyroll owns the trademark to the name, but that the singer has caused “irreparable harm” to the band, according to Fox Business.
