Owners pass local jewelry business on to longtime employees in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

An iconic local jeweler is under new management after the owners turned over the business Monday to several longtime employees for free. Bernie Robbins Jewelers owners Harvey and Maddy Rovinsky gave the keys to the new ownership team Monday.
