Late last year, Pennsylvania American Water – the largest water company in the state – requested a nearly $200 million rate increase. In a bit of deja vu, this comes less than a year after the company won a $138 million rate hike. As you might expect, water customers across the state are fighting back, trying to do all we can to stop this cycle of outrageously high water bills.
