PHILADELPHIA – Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro headlined a rally for presidential candidate Kamala Harris and will hold additional campaign events in the coming days. Shapiro is under consideration to become Harris’ running mate. Shapiro spoke Friday morning at an event organized by the Philadelphia Building and Construction Trades Council.
