Officials: Theft of vehicles from Hampstead car dealership part of larger ring

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Four Rhode Island men were charged in a Providence court on Friday for allegedly participating in a multi-state car theft ring, officials said. Federal prosecutors said the four men, identified as Belter Giron, 28, of North Providence, Alberto Rivera, 24, of Cranston, Richard Robinson, 32, of Providence, and Onix Eduardo, 27, of Providence, were charged with conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property and interstate transportation of stolen property.
