Luigi Mangione’s lawyer is standing by his client’s right to due process. After the 26-year-old was charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City Dec. 5, his Pennsylvania attorney Thomas Dickey shared more insight into his case. Mangione-who was arrested in Pennsylvania Dec. 9 on felony charges of forgery and carrying a firearm without a license-is expected to plead not guilty in both states, according to his lawyer.
