(WHTM) – Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding is reminding Pennsylvania dog owners that their dogs must be licensed by Jan. 1, 2025. According to Secretary Redding, Pennsylvania dog owners must purchase a 2025 license from their county treasurer by Jan. 1, 2025. He added that these licenses are a legal responsibility of owning a dog and the best way to protect them.
