State police searching for missing Pennsylvania woman

(WHTM) — Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a missing woman who may be at special risk of harm or injury.

According to a news release, Frances Mottorn, 74, was last seen in the area of East Park Avenue in State College at 2 p.m. on Dec. 25. Mottorn is described as 5 ft 2, 110 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes, glasses, dark colored pans with flowered design, and a white coat.

Mottorn is driving a 2017 blue Volkswagen Passat. She may be in the area of Centre, Mifflin, Juniata, Dauphin, Perry, Lebanon, Franklin, Adams, York, Fulton, Blair, Huntingdon, and Bedford County, per the release.
