PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Michele Crowe of Boston has filed a federal lawsuit alleging she suffered major burns when a propane-heater ruptured at Track 15 in Providence in October 2025.
According to the lawsuit, Crowe suffered injuries while sitting on the patio at 1 Union Sq. when an outdoor heater suddenly exploded.
