PROVIDENCE, RI — A former Santander Bank employee has been sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for stealing more than $125,000 from an elderly customer with dementia.
Carlos Bras, 41, of East Providence, was sentenced Oct. 8 by U.S. District Court Judge Melissa R. DuBose.
Bras was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release, pay $126,000 in restitution and pay a $200 special assessment…
