CharterCARE CEO is Out, Former McKee Appointee Taking Over, Neronha Raises Conflict Issue
The CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island (CHRI) Board of Directors announced on Wednesday that Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Liebman has announced his retirement, effective November 1, 2026. The board has appointed Richard Charest Chief Executive Officer.
